She was accommodating and she was complimentary and she gave us advice on how to be safe in Guayaquil. The hotel and breakfast were great. The only negative was that before our trip, Zayapa reached out and they tried to get me to pay on a sketchy app beforehand (we ended up just paying in cash in person) but it was stressful...
