Very comfortable stay in a lovely hotel. Great food in the restaurants and a very relaxing stay

The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent.

No Alcoholic beverages on the entire property! A bit frustrated when tje 2 aeras are called "Lounges"!

we had a very good experience at the hotel. amazing view of the animals from the room and a lot of activities for us to take part in. However, the rooms can be bigger and have more facilities inside, for e.g., small fridge, ironing board, iron. overall, the hotel is good.

The room is basic but clean. It’s quite dated compared to the reception/libby area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. For an overnight stay it did the job.

Having stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Bali, this is one of the best. The suites are modern and amazingly epic. The location is stunning but there is nothing surrounding the hotel, so this is a 2 or 3 night place. The food is amazing and all kitchens are led by French chefs who are both visible and helpful. This was the best Villa I have ever stayed at, the staff were very nice and accommodating I will miss them, they went above and beyond and made sure everything was good. They also replied very fast whenever we needed anything. The Villa was very nice and spacious and the pool was lovely, it wasn’t heated but with the weather it was good enough. The photos of this place don’t even begin to do it justice. It’s located in an incredibly beautiful setting; white sandy beaches, turquoise seas, lush greenery and mountain views. After a busy few days in Ubud this was the perfect place to wind down, swim in the warm sea and stunning infinity pool, and sip a few cocktails. A great hotel in a lovely peaceful location next to the ocean. We had a luxury Sea View Cottage which was very spacio7s, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bathroom was fantastic, again very spacious with an open air shower. It is sold as a Sea View, but the vlsea View is very limited, and thro the gardens and trees.
