Check in was smooth and efficient. Carla at reception was superb and really understands what customer service represents. Well done. Bar food was beautiful and staff very customer focused. There are changes being made to Dublin's Postcode system just now and they are not included in Garmin/Tom-Tom Sat-Navs. My Garmin took me on a grand tour of the Swords area until a couple of the Garda escorted me to the hotel.
