Very friendly. I was assisted up the stairs with a suitcase. One problem was that I couldn't drop the suitcase at the front door of the hotel as there was no entry signs at each end of the road so I had to trundle my case from the car park. I may have booked a nearer car park had I known.

Great views from the kitchen and huge place! A convenient central location means it can get a little noisy at night (it's next to two pubs), but that's the inevitable trade-off.
