"Desk staff were very helpful. I asked if they could enable the captions (not the sound) on the area TVs and they did so. They also helped when my internet access was not working as needed. On initial entry, staff member Becca was especially welcoming listened well, and responded to my questions based on what I'd said not some canned answer, repeated, Great guest services."

He gave us tips and suggestions on which beach was closed and which to try , suggested dog friendly places to eat. He was so kind!
