"Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if you ask them for assistance. We stayed there just for the night but pretty sure if we would have stayed longer, we would have found more gems in their issue treasure box."

"Clean rooms, but a bit dated. Has all the amenities (wi-fi, toiletries in bathroom etc). However the light and fan switches were not at all intuitive. We could not turn off the lights without turning off the fan and had to leave one light on the whole night. Restuarant inside the hotel was good with a full veg menu"

"Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving."
