Electronic lock on the door did not work, outlets, and lights were not functioning. No running water at times during my stay. "

"Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website."
