Excellent location for the Thanksgiving Parade. Close to Bryant park winter market as well as tons of other kid friendly activities. Subway is right across the street making it easily accessible with a toddler. All around a great stay and we will definitely return again.

Universal chargers I always forget mine, love the tiny toothbrush and toothpaste

Check in was slow and room selection took a long time due to staff discussion being extensive. The breakfast was incredibly crowded, frustrating, and the variety was poor.

There were so many broken amenities, hair dryer, sink, remote control and even the key access reader. Staff members were super friendly though, they need some maintenance done.

On the last night there was a false fire alarm. My kids have a bad reaction to alarms. It was very disturbing, we didn’t sleep the rest of the night. As they were fixing it, the alarm went off again in the process.
