This was my favorite hotel in Sri Lanka. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. I wish I could have stayed there longer. The room was brand new, up to westerner standards without sacrificing the local touches. The staff was very is nice and the breakfast was excellent. They can organise any types of excursions to visit the town, day tour, boat tour (which picks you up from the hotel back yard) and spa treatment. This was the perfect ending to a perfect trip.

Stayed for 4 nights.. From start to end everything was perfect. Very good choice for those who love to spend some time alongside nature.Close proximity to negombo town. If u are a couple perfect location to have ur photo shoot. Kudos to the staffs special mention to Nilu, Nethra nd the night shift uncle (sorry forgot ur name). Room was small but VERY clean, the owner runs the place and is both amicable and helpful. The pool was well kept, clean and warm

We had a wonderful few days at this hotel. The pool and gardens were wonderful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed, easy airport transport option available. I had an issue with the ATM at the airport and staff went above and beyond to help me solve the issue and ensure a good start to my trip.

Lovely family

Perfect stay with great hosts Rooms are clean and quite new with on suite bathroom. I can’t complain about anything really it was a good stay. Breakfast was great and the hosts collected us from the airport for 1500 rp that was cheaper then a local taxi and it’s nice to have someone to collect us after a long flight with no fuss. Thanks for looking after us :))) Defo recommend 5*

Good to stay...staffs were excellent

Staff is extremely helpful and the property is centrally located.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. For other travellers, I’d recommend checking the room options when booking and considering what facilities are most important to you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good choice for a relaxing trip. I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent hotel, very good location with plenty of food and shops and beach across the road 1 min away. Excellent breakfast. Only negative is no fridge in the room

Room was clean. Breakfast was simple and good. Water temperature for the shower wasn't too hot. And wish there were some more toiletries provided. Like shampoo and toilet paper.

The two bedroomed apartment was spacious and ideal for our family of four. We arrived from the airport late and had to call a number for someone to give us our keys but he was there within 5 mins. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed a morning swim before departing on our travels. Would recommend.
