We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Raffles. A very stylish and luxurious break and felt like we were the only ones the the entire time. Great food and amazing service from all the staff. There are staff absolutely everywhere just waiting to help and assist you in any way you need them to. The beach and pools are ideal to relax in or swim in. Sanya hotel prices are high, and the reason we chose Banyan Tree is because it has private villas with competitive prices compared to many other large international chains. Thumbs up for privacy offered; however, the hotel itself is starting to age, and some touching up is necessary.
