This place deserves all the amazing reviews - would def recommend to anyone travelling to Southern Laos. The staff are very friendly. The riverfront views are lovely as are the surroundings. The food in the restaurant was delicious and uses local produce

We stayed 3 nights at Residence Bassac which we really enjoyed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for the Champasak region and all it has to offer. The staff is very helpful with permanent smiles on their faces. Breakfast is pretty good, and we could have spent hours watching the daily life pass by in front of the hotel. Quite a spectacular building in Pakse, Nice spacious rooms, Lovely helpful team working. Nice pool area and views over the river.

Ngoc and her staff are very nice and friendly. A very relaxing place to stay before and after doing Bolaven loop. We will stay there again after visiting 4000 Islands before flying out of Pakse.

Very nice new hotel. Not much locally, ATM - borrow cycle from hotel and pleasant 60 min return journey, bank for currency exchange as well and thats it. Food at hotel pleasant, WatPhou and 4000 islands can be visited from hotel. I visited in dry season so waterfalls were short of water.

The staff were all very friendly and helped me if I asked questions. I enjoyed the breakfasts that were served with care and attention. My room was cleaned every day and I was happy with the standard. I would say the location of hotel was also very good as I walked around Pakse and it appeared to be central for most things I needed.

Hotel du jardin is an oasis. Whilst in a busy area , the hotel itself is secluded and quiet. With the swimming pool an added advantage this makes for a very relaxing stay. The staff are very courteous and the owner, Noi , speaks good English and French and is extremely helpful

A fabulous place. Well maintained, well run & the staff were super helpful & organised. Trips were good value, and also there is enough to do in the local area to while away a good few days. We stayed 4 & could easily have stayed longer. Restaurant was good, plus a local alternative just 10 mins walk away for an excellent value change of scene. Bikes available too. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way. Comfy bed, very clean, lovely staff, adequate breakfast which could also be served in your room at no extra cost. Lovely little pool and rocking sunbeds. Recommend the foot massage approx. £5 for one hour. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent 1 night stay. Very nice independent house, Excellent settings, surroundings, clean. Good breakfast and very quite. Recommended!

My happiness time I have an experience to trip at Pakse. I stay Phaythavone Hotel. I go there with my friend. I have two days to trip around here. I am very happy. I love Pakse. I love Phaythavone Hotel.
