In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"The location of the hotel is very good, in front of the train station, 7-minute walk to the old town. No AC, the room was very hot and the street was very noisy, hard to keep the window open because of the noise. "

"Even before our arrival only the day after cross border travel was allowed the hotel was very helpful explaining how they were operating with "social distancing and health precautions. On arrival and during our stay they were brilliant.....taking every health precautions, but making a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant arrangements were brilliant....the food was excellent, even though they apologised for a " reduced" menu and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Breakfast too was...
