Our second stay here and if anything it’s even better. They’ve done a refurb to the dining area and it’s lovely. The staff are welcoming and make sure you have the best stay possible. Our room was on the ground floor with secure parking right outside the door. Food was delicious and the price very reasonable. We will be back!

Lovely hotel and superb breakfast

We stayed here for 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. The staff were thoughtful and helpful, always attentive without being overbearing. Our experience staying at this hotel in Valencia city couldn't have been bettered. On our arrival, on a very warm sunny day we entered to a cool air-conditioned foyer with very friendly staff. Booking in was simple and a porter helped us with our luggage to our room, which was clean spacious and very modern and minimalist which is a style we love. I loved everything about this hotel! We had a quadruple room which had a kitchenette with 2 balconies that overlooked restaurants below so ample opportunity for people-watching if like me you enjoy that! However, with the balcony doors shut there was no noise from below and we had air-conditioning so being too warm wasn't an issue. We’d booked this hotel based on the views it has and location and were very lucky to be allocated one of the rooms with the stunning view! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel runs a lovely free gimmick where they give you a postcard to write to yourself and they’ll post it back to you on a date of your choice in up to a year’s time. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had a Blacony with a view over a charming square. Continental Breakfast for 5.5 euros was very nice and satisfactory.
