"Stayed with my family including two teen boys. The hotel was fantastic! All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We arrived over 2 hours before check-in with the hope of using the laundry facilities. Even though we were very early Jose said our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. They do not have a laundry room, but they offer laundry services. We had the laundry picked up and dropped off quite promptly. They offer a free morning nature walk through the hanging bridges and trails on the property for overnight guests. The property is amazing! We saw so much wild life from the comfort of our balcony which included a hammock chair. Pack your binoculars! Other reviews mentioned the construction. They worked during the day while we were out exploring so it didn’t bother us at all. The on site restaurant had good options at reasonable prices. We ate there twice for dinner. Breakfast was very good. The only thing they could do better is have some Salsa Lizano for breakfast! I love that stuff!"

"Beautiful property located in a great location. We saw the most wildlife from the hotel and saw all three types of monkeys, scarlet macaws, and yellow-throated tucans, all from our balcony! Lastly, Moses the bartender is phenomenal and a great host, and very welcoming. Could not recommend a better place than Ecotica! "

"I was with my family , just in july 2025 , for my opinion this is the best hotel with the best view in manuel Antonio area, has 360 view , and if you rent the room in the main building , is amazing !!! next the hotel have to many shooping and restaurants that you can walk , is so practice , also the service and tha atention is great, tha staff is so professional.
