From check-in to check-out we were treated so well, that we will miss each staff person we met. The front desk, the breakfast and dinner staff, the gentleman that parked our car…….so professional and accommodating, and in a truly genuine way. It really made our stay memorable and we’re not only appreciative but very thankful. "

"Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price"

"We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades. "

"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged.
