"We had 2 disabled people in our party. I asked for a tub, but wasn’t given one so then I requested a shower chair. Unfortunately, I was not given a shower chair and had to request again the next day. The phone in the room for maintenance, room service &/or maintenance worked some of the time. Though we paid the resort fees and should have had services provided we didn’t. I would give the property about a C- to D. "

"Breakfast was the same every day and very generic. Our TV did not work the whole time there. We told staff about it and they said they would be right up to take a look at it and never showed up. The pool closed at 9 and I believe 10pm would be better. The property description said they hat a hot tub, but did not. The tredmills were both jerky. Staff was friendly, just always seemed overwhelmed. One day, the breakfast worker did not even show up and they were not stocked with enough food. When I called attention to it, nothing was done about not having milk for the cereal or any fruit in the fruit bowl. The cleaning staff were always attentive and professional."
