The worst stay possible! Avoid at all cost! Tried to handle the issues with management and was dismissed. Attempted to address my concerns for security as I was traveling alone with children. The exterior door doesn’t even close. The lock on our door did not need a key card to open every time. The air conditioner sounded like a generator. I even called to speak to the GM on Monday morning and was dismissed again. All this and the hotel was DIRTY!
No reason I should has to stack things in front of a door or feel that unsafe.
