"Amazing location and great restaurants around. Easy trip to Berlin. However, we recommend trying to get back to Potsdam before the buses and train stop. We had a cab!!! It worked out. Highly recommend the stay and a visit to the Palaces and parks! "

The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. "Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room."
