"Friendly staff, nice house environment. Definitely will book again."

"Lobby located on first floor, have to take escalator to the lobby, not very convenient to see if driver is coming around. There is no sitting places to wait for the driver coming. I am not very fond to the breakfast, though there was many choices, but food not great in taste. Room amenities was limited, but enough. TV channel selection are limited to local channel, there wasnt any international channel for foreigners. "

"Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. Highly recommended."
