"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far).
Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc.
Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...
"Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. "Although some of the main historical attractions are only about two blocks away, the area around the hotel is pretty rough. Additionally, there’s nothing in the way of food or markets in the immediate area. There is a big shopping street, though, a couple of blocks to the south. It has a McDonald’s and some mini marts. All that being said, the breakfast was good, and the room was ok."
