"Warm welcome from Estelle with helpful guidance for local points of interest and restaurants. Shower was very good with hot water operating without any wait time. Breakfast was all of good quality, home made approach with apples pick from her tree each morning, and cooked eggs from her free range hens were offered. Very nice secure countryside house."

Stuck in the dark in the middle of nowhere. Hotels.com found us another room so we checked in after 10pm. Totally exhausted and frustrated. I don’t understand why they didn’t call me to see where we were - especially as we advised our late arrival. Maybe somebody should remind this place who the customer is, especially at this time of...
