"My stay at the Ivory Haus was exceptional. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by the hotel manager who was extremely helpful,attentive and friendly with whatever request I may have had…The extra personal touch went a long way….and I valued that…. Hospitality is on point… The food is exceptional I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel…what stood out for me is the variety of options that one had to choose from…unlike other commercial hotels where meals and breakfast are standard. Lastly the hotel rooms were beautifully decorated and the hotel itself has a Cuban/Greek vibe and decor to it…Room 6 with the high comfy beds…Victorian bath with views overlooking the beach was amazing. The rooftop bar also has sweeping views of the beach and there is always a vibe…. It’s trendy and an ideal destination for a solo young traveller whose looking for comfort and a vibe….will highly recommend this hotel."

"Superlative and ultimate calm resting place for those whio need a base in Pleetenberg region, just off N2 en route to Tstiskama. Excellent clean facilities- swimming pool, kitchen, lounge, bbq and of course rooms. The view over the bay is beautiful and has its own private walkway to the lagoon. Its located within a secure enclosed golf course. However the icing on the cake is the owner Kasia, who shows unbelievable kindness, care and attention, as she ensures you arrive safely and then will advise you on all things local depending on your needs and requests. She subsequently regularly checks in with you to make sure your trip is hassle free. So strongly recommend you stay here you wint be disappointed."
