"Our room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious. The beach, pools, and sunbathing areas were beautiful. The only criticism I have is that there were way too many stairs to climb to get around the property. I understand that, because of the cliff side, structures were built as possible. However, there should be more elevators. The beautiful beach is actually unusable for anyone who can’t climb up 6 flights of stairs."

"Very well located within Hamilton with quick access to the ferry and bus terminals. The hotel grounds are very well kept and feature an impressive art collection and good restaurants. The beach, while 20 mins away, is nicely set up with a bar/restaurant and good amenities. Overall very good experience at the hotel."

"First off, the rooms at The Loren are large, beautifully appointed, and the bathrooms spacious and well lit. The ocean views from the 2nd floor rooms are as good as promised - we stayed in the main building and the waves crashing on the beach were literally 20 feet away. The main cocktail bar is a bit of a disappointment; it felt like it was an afterthought by the architect. It's tucked away in a corner on a floor below reception and above the restaurant.
