"Great place, especially the staff"

"Beautiful setting and very nice accommodations. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant menus were way too exotic for our tastes. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests. "

"The hotel location is fantastic and convenient for travellers who use public transportation like Bus and Ferry to explore the island, only 500 meter away from the city bus terminal. I enjoyed my stay during the Xmas holiday and had very nice conversations with staff Tata and Rachel. Both of them are kind and very helpful to provide me info I needed. "We loved our stay despite other bad reviews about the construction going on, on property. We went with all inclusive and the food, staff, views and pool/beach were all amazing. Cave swimming was a great surprise and the spa was unique. Updated hotel room with balcony and new and beautiful restaurant opened a few days before we arrived. We will definitely return "
