"Nice hotel"

"Aileme hediye ettiğim bir gecelik konaklamaydı. Bu konuda bana yeterince yardımcı oldular. Rahat ve güzeldi. Mükemmel değil ama tercih edilebilir. Hesaplı, rahat. Park yeri yoktu yakında bir yere park ettik ve sorun yaşanmadı. İletişim hızlıydı, problem çözmeye odaklıydılar. Ailem ve ben teşekkür ederiz. "

"It is a very nice hotel, beautifully designed, newly built, with solid construction and very nice decor. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative about our two night stay here."

"This stay was an unmitigated disaster and far below standard, characterized by misrepresentation, unacceptable cleanliness, and nonexistent service. The experience began with a bait-and-switch room discrepancy, requiring us to negotiate and pay extra to receive the large family room we originally booked. The entire resort and bungalow area were dirty and unmaintained, suggesting the property is barely operating. Service was abysmal; staff appeared to be awakened for the late breakfast and conveyed a distinct lack of hospitality or awareness of us as guests. They have only 3 staff in whole resort.Compounding these issues, the grounds were dangerously dark at night due to lack of lighting, and the essential Wi-Fi was non-functional throughout our stay We condemned the resort as the "worst ever" and strongly recommend that if the owners cannot maintain proper service—especially during the off-season—they should cease operations immediately, and Expedia should remove this property (Verde Blu Bungalow) from its recommendations."

"The owners were VERY gracious and understanding even after my very late arrival. They offered me a choice of upgraded rooms and even an extra blanket for the chilly night. The views are amazing. The hotel is elevated and set back from the main road - there was no street noise. Breakfast was very impressive, including a choice of what seemed like 3 home-made jams. "
