Lovely reception staff, very helpful and polite. The room was clean and nice.
The pool was very small. When we went it had one family with children there and it was full!
The area is not so great, it has loud, smoky bars and lots of men. There is a good supermarket and restaurant very close.

Upgraded to Junior suite as recommended by checkin staff because the standard King room is a bit boxed in if you have kids.
Had some issues with the lounge but duty manager Mr Mohammad Farouk took care of daily breakfast and lounge access at Westin.
The hotel staff really are the people who make this location worth staying in and the stay enjoyable.
Decent gym with 24 hour access - breakfast was great along with the Fuzon cafe Westin.
Services like laundry were reasonable and 24/7 valet...

We had wonderful stay at Royal Sarah. Staff was so friendly be it at breakfast, at the pools or at housekeeping. Fantastic suite overlooking the sea, truly amazing.
