When we checked in there were zero bath towels in our room we had to track someone down to get some, that was a first at any property I’ve stayed at. "This was an emergency stay. The resort that our host chose for us was substandard and we needed somewhere to stay. When I called about availability the staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the booking process and even shared that the price would be cheaper through Expedia than booking directly. "
