"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! "Apartments are fantastic, spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. apartments are outside the city by about 15 mins but there is a free shuttle several times a day or taxis are cheap and the service bus which stops outside is even cheaper. I would recommend a visit and loved Baku. "

"They close all the air condition and they say its all one system and they can’t open it for different room, small room with a tiny window nobody can breath from it, its very bad i had to cancel the other two night and move to a better 5 star hotel, also they is no parking, the staff is bad nobody speak english, we order ice and they deliver it after 45 minutes, the bed was broken, nobody helped us with the bags, no laundry open i called before 6 PM and then they told me the laundry closed,...
