"The cleanliness of this hotel was TOP NOTCH! Every staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful, especially STACY - she was so helpful and lent us a phone charger and she was so funny and friendly. The gym was well stocked and clean, the pool looked crystal clear, and we couldn't find any dirt or grime anywhere in our room. Enjoying happy hour in the bar while staring out the windows on a rainy afternoon was so soothing. We will definitely come back when traveling to the Houston area."

"That was terrible breakfast stops at nine but once breakfast went out after seven before 8 o’clock, they don’t put anything out they take your incidentals and say as for their security, but two people cars got stolen so how is security doing their job and you paying $100 a day 50 for insecurities and $10 a day for their security guard not good at all"

"They initially gave us the wrong room even though the manager new what we booked. Beware that they have two different hotel buildings and they house people confused. Maybe you booked one and they will give you a separate one. "

"I have been staying here more than once and it is my "go to place to stay" when I'm in Katy. I tried to let management know when I checked out that room 316 had two situations to fix. One of the sliding closet doors is off track and some caulking around the faucet in the bathroom would stop a minor water leak. I will always stay here when I come to Katy. I love it"
