Marina was a fantastic host. The apartment is perfect for a couple. The flat and communal areas were super clean. Marina responded immediately to all requests, but to be honest there was little reason for any contact. Check-in was very easy, car at the door, and the entry code was simple. The apartment is very central with car parks, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. We had a great time.

Todo limpísimo y cuidado hasta el último detalle. El servicio al cliente y de limpieza inmejorable. Y aunque la ventana de a la calle no se oye ni una mosca pasar en la noche. Superb!!

Tour by a Monk,although in Spanish, we were able to really see the church and the Monastery. Monk was very engaging for a full 45 minutes.Thebreakfast was excellent and very plentiful.Dinner the same.The Cafe/Bar really excellent with plenty of choice. Car parking was safe and plentiful.

Large room with really comfortable large beds. Hotel is well located for old town just a short walk away through a park. Receptionists and staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lovely cosy bar which wasn't expensive. Nice Restaurants and bars close by if you don't want to use the old town. Underground car parking is a bit tight but manageable

Good hotel with a great breakfast. Very close to the train station. Lovely spa.

Very nice stay, beautiful hotel, full of character and history. Lovely staff and very traditional Spanish breakfast.

Initially I was given a room facing the road, but even the road was not busy, I could hear the cars passing over the stones. I asked for a room facing the back and it was PERFECT! I tried both SPA areas and it was a nice experience! The hotel is large and the way finding is not great (you easily get lost over the corridors) and no signs are in English. Hotel staff speak English at reception which was helpful, but no one else does... People are still very friendly and trying their best,...

Central hotel. Located on a busy street but even though the room looked out on the street there was no noise.

Amazing property well deserving its star rating. Large bedroom, friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant each evening as it is not close to alternates. The set menu was amazingly good and well priced.

Good value, excellent location, friendly reception, good breakfast, pleased.
