"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. "Das Hotel liegt im Hinterland einer großen Ausfallstraße.Es ist umgeben von einer Investruiene und liegt auf einer staubigen,vermüllten Brachfläche.In das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen ist ein längerer Prozeß,eigentlich nur mit dem Taxi zu machen.Der Flughafen liegt ganz am entgegengesetzten Außenbezirk von Yerevan.Die Zimmer sind groß,Betten von ordentlicher Qualität.Zimmer sind oft schmutzig,in einem der Zimmer befanden sich auf der Matratze Flöhe.Zimmerreinigung nur auf Nachfrage,Toilettenpapier...
