"I've stayed at this property a number of times over the years. It's an older hotel, with rooms accessed directly from the parking lot. However, the rooms have undergone a facelift, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and quiet. There is only 1 drawback, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. There is current road construction going on, with the highway department altering a highway exit. This property has a great location, with quick access to the university, WalMart, plenty of eateries, and the main highway. In spite of its proximity to traffic, it was very quiet and my sleep was undisturbed."

"We usually stay at the Arlington when we go to Hot Springs. Room was clean, comfortable. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Pool and Hot Tub were great. Awesome bartenders in the bar and great Band on Saturday night. We will be back!"
