From check in to check out the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the comfortable room which was well serviced throughout our time there. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Republic Square with all amenities and transport links nearby. Highly recommended.

Staff could not speack english and my asked for gluteen free meal which they did not usderstand at all

I loved the hotel, nice style and comfortable rooms. Didn’t really use the facilities although would have liked to, but was busy on work trip. My only complaint is that as a vegan it wasn’t worth going down for breakfast. There were a few salad items but the bread was stale and no plant-based milks. I brought my own oat milk, and coffee was OK but not great. For most people though it looked like they had a plentiful breakfast. I’d have been happy with better bread and better coffee. Great location, 5 mins walk from Republic Square. Very clean, large rooms. Super staff - very efficient, friendly and proffessional - English spoken by most of the staff. Very good value for money, would highly recommend.

i liked the fact that i was one of the first guests staying at this hotel and everything i was touching was infact brand new :D The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan where all the action is happening with lots of bars and restaurants around in just few minutes walking distance. The staff was professional and very friendly. Free wifi was available in all areas of the hotel. I liked this hotel and I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Yerevan.

We enjoyed our week in Ramada Yerevan. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good powerful shower, air conditioner, fridge and safe. Next time I will ask for a high floor room for a better view. We got a knock on the door and received a huge basket of various fresh fruits and cakes complementary with a lovely note from the hotel manager just because I mentioned that I regret not having a better view from my 3 floor window! Thank you and my little coment was more of a personal choice...

I had a good stay overall. Some rooms have bad internet reception, I had to go to the lobby to do some work. I would probably stay here again.

The Republica gives you everything you want from a hotel in terms of location and facilities with the extra bonus of superb staff who understand the balance between being sensitive to the needs and characters of their individual guests and not being overly familiar. Everyone was supportive, helpful and efficient.
