"Our Villa was excellent and so was the property! We loved the spacious outdoor patio with great beach views and immediate access to the beach. Only small drawback was noticeable music from the nearby Sandals resort but at least it was finished by 9:30 pm (and this only occurred one or two evenings. We would definitely like to return again! "Having been to Jolly Harbour, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked. The area around the villa was well maintained with amenities nearby including a bus stop to take you to town. Only feedback i would give would be to provide a what on guide in the villa that was current. We had a villa book but not a 2024 What's On guide. I pick one up from HBK on my last day. If i had issues the staff tended to them and when Storm Ernesto came,...

"Upon arriving to 3 Martini’s we found that it had undergone a name change and change in management. They had no availability for us and we were placed in what they sold to us as a “beachfront villa.” We paid extra for this and thanked them. It turned out to be a less than average room down the road covered in plastic and charged well beyond what it was worth. Do not book! "

"Good points: Great location with bars and restaurants along the road. Loved being able to get the free boat to the main restaurant in the morning, and the ride to the beach. Service was fab. View from the room was lovely, perfect to watch the comings and goings of the boats. A particular highlight of my stay was a fantastic massage - well worth the extra cost. Not so good points: As is the nature of the hotel, it's all a little dated, with features needing an update. Little things in the room...

"We had a very relaxing stay for 2 nights in air conditioned bliss. The property is very well maintained and clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is also within easy walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. In the afternoon we walked to the beach. Donna was an excellent host and also picked us up and took us back to the airport. We would certainly stay with Seaview again."

"trouble with reservation when check in. AFTHER ROOM WAS GIVEN THEY CHANGE ME AFTHER AN HOUR. ROOM THEY GAVE ME AIR DID NOT WORK PROPERLY.TOILET WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALSO. NEEDS UP GRADE"
