We can't find any faults to write about. The hotel has all you need for a good stay in Alexandria. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean, amenities great and breakfast choice very good. If we are back to Alexandria we will stay there

The crew had a key role to satisfy the guests. few problems the guests who book to this hotel must know first there is no free parking as it is mentioned (in the booking confirmation) and i strongly recommend them to delete this misleading info second advice don't ever accept the 4th level rooms because there is massive noise and vibrations daily for more than 10 hours because of the wash machines and air condition central equipments. This hotel is miles from anywhere, surrounded by spare building plots with nowhere to stroll.
But,.....it is luxurious, the staff at 1am were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Our room on the ground floor was huge, and had a large patio overlooking the swimming pool complex. The furnishings in the room and bathroom were top of the range and the whole 'suite' was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was buffet style with very attentive waiters and egg chefs.

I stayed at the Hilton last year and thoroughly had a good time . The hotel is situated in a good location with many cafes and restaurants. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to San Stefano shopping centre where you have all the quality brands and prices to match. The hotel has an excellent Greek Restaurant overlooking the sea which is well worth trying. The private beach is great as it's not overcrowded and is secure with security at each end. You can also get snacks on the beach so no need to go...
