The hotel is equipped with all that a guest may expect of a 4-star property. The dining facilities may need an upgrade but the warmth and simplicty of the staff makes up for the deficiency in variety of cuisine. Overall a very good experience that compels one to come back and stay with them again.

Very good spa, accommodating staff

Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset. That went out of the way to help and customised the food. Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb

Room was clean and staff were very helpful and courteous. Only one thing needs to be changed is the hot drinks with breakfast from the machine is not a good idea.

The facilities in the Hotel exceeded our expectations, be it the Restaurant, the room itself or the level of cleanliness maintained. Overall, the Hotel staff was non intrusive but available at all times to attend to any need.

We felt very comfortable at Grace Hotel, it’s such a beautiful hotel, heritage design inside completely- we loved it that much! It’s extraordinary 🤗 The staff is very helpful and friendly, the dinner we had with the special meal was very delicious. So was breakfast. We recommend a stay at this heritage hotel very much!

Nice property with very clean rooms. Staff was courteous and very helpful in addressing your concerns. View from the rooftop restaurant is amazing as one can see the snow capped Dhauladhar range from the rooftop. On the other side, view of the valley from the restaurant is amazing. Food was fresh and delicious, though a little improvement is needed in service which I found to be a little slow. Though location is very good, it's difficult to find the hotel with google maps and there is no sign...

Good location in McLeod. Spacious room, hot water worked well & although the room was very cold at night, they provided a heater for approx. £3 per night. Good value for money overall!

The housekeeping staff and room service were excellent and so was the restaurant staff

It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor.

Amazing location and parking available. Close to market. Next to Utopia hostel.

Clean Rooms and property. Staff very friendly especially Mr. Gaurav Khurana. Location is good. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Sufficient parking space.
