Unfortunately this was my worst hotel experience ever. The shower hot water didn’t work. They came to fix it and it still took 15 minutes to heat up. I stayed two nights and nobody came to refresh my room with towels or make the bed. The front desk gentleman was so rude when I checked out. Told me to just leave the key on the counter. No “how was your stay?” Or “goodbye”. The laundry must have been near my room and kept me up from 4am onwards. For $240 a night I expect much better service. The room was clean and decent, but the halls and doors are beaten up. There are a lot of homeless people nearby and addicts. A person on the street just decided to throw a beer and it whizzed by my head. Sadly Denver has a serious drug and homeless problem which is not the hotels fault, but I was there alone and did not feel safe walking to the Sheraton by myself to meet family. I have had better stays by far at a Holiday Inn. It was really disappointing for the money:-(

This place was horrible what place do you have to schedule your room 24 hours in advance to be cleaned and when it was "cleaned" ps there is a wine bottle in the window and made it through the "CLEANING". This place charges higher end downtown prices for a getto hotel!! Ps the bar area and restaurant is nice but thats it.

Prepaid for the trip through Expedia was advised on check-in that the stay was prepaid and only incidental hold would be put on my card. They charged the card for the entire stay at check-out even though I pre-paid through Expedia effectively double charging me for the stay. I had to contact the hotel and request a refund which I am still waiting on and they effectively blamed it on my booking through a third party. Of course none of this was mentioned on my check-in and they confirmed it was pre-paid. They also checked a couple into my room the day AFTER I checked in and gave them a key to my room. Of course they simply walked into my already occupied room with me still in it causing an awkward experience with an elderly couple.They took care of that but the constant errors and mishaps made for a horrible stay it was problem after problem on a simple on three night stay.
