"The hotel is nice and very clean (especially for Turkish standards!), the food was good and there was a decent selection. The drinks etc were decent, albeit you couldn't have a cocktail or anything without some sort of syrup and an incredible amount of sugar! The main drawbacks are the bedrooms—the bathrooms smelled extremely bad (of sewage), so I struggled to sleep at night. Some of the bathroom decor was unfinished—the wall was plastered but not tiled or painted. It didn't affect its use, but it felt off. Also, when I checked in, the bathroom light wasn't working. It took until the next day, midday, for someone to come out to fix it. The walls and doors were so thin that I could hear people having conversations in the next room without their voices being raised. The gap in the door to the main corridor was big, meaning I could hear noise all through the night until 2 a.m. when people went to sleep. My room was positioned close to the lifts, so the noise was intense and constant. On the last night, someone new checked in to the room next to mine and they decided to have a 'party' there—music blaring and shouting until nearly 4 am. I traveling home exhausted!!! Most staff do not speak English, so making requests, etc, is very challenging and awkward. Nonetheless, they are helpful and try their best to help if you can explain what you want. The Wi-Fi is intermittent and not great; it often concks out, especially outside by the pool. 4* hotel at the max "

"We would have appreciated more vegetarian / vegan options. Also the food labelling was inadequate I.e. did not mention anywhere if it contains egg or no and neither were the staff able to explain when asked. We understand the language barrier hence the easier option would be to just put the labels on the names of the dishes so people can decide for themselves. "

"The whole resort is great for children. They have mini kids club and entertainment to keep them engaged. They also have separate pool area with slides for them. This kept my two boys happy. Food had such great choices every day. Plus they got pool snack bar if you feel hungry inbetween lunch and dinner. No need to leave resort. They have everything you need. "
