The room was nice, clean, quiet, and we got a nice view. The staff were very friendly, the area was safe, and it was within walking distance of Union Station, the museums, and dining areas. Definitely, I would book the same hotel for a future trip.

The room was very pleasant - I would have preferred a higher floor but bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in was easy - I was at hotel only to sleep so I didn't utilize restaurant or bar area but they looked really nice.

The resort itself was beautiful. As a family of 5 we really enjoyed them suite, we comfortably fit and did not feel crowded at all. The pool area is beautiful, though a bit chilly. Our only complaint is the food. The bistro unfortunately overcooked our burger and chicken, and messed up our pizza ...
