The room was not clean and it smelt of smoke. We had to ask for clean towels, the TV didn't work (not important to us but anyway) and there was no hot water. We didn't expect delux for this price but we always expect clean. Avoid. Aweful location.

Had Booked a twin bed room a month in advance at a higher price thn a single bed room still didn’t receive the same in my 2day stay saying that they had overbooked the hotel and weren’t able to manage the crowd. The breakfast was pathetic and untidy half the thing were not even filled back an hour before the closing time as well.

Lack of toilet paper = one roll for a 4 day stay Dirty linen = stank of cigarettes smoke No hot water! Definitely wouldn't stay there again under any circumstances.

Great stay, very pleasant staff
Great stay, lovely room, friendly staff will do anything to help you. Really close to the railway station. Complementary breakfast ordered from and delivered to the room. The only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke presumably coming through from another room. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Delhi.

Nice hotel in paharganj close to New Delhi station clean comfortable rooms and bed with good Wi-Fi and good breakfast and hotel meal awesome. Over all good stay in hotel Shanti plaza we will come back soon.

Receptionist very rude. He gave us a single room when we ordered online a double room. Me, my wife and son had to sleep in a very small bed. Pictures are not like the same. WiFi never worked. Never again going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel and staff was very helpful. The neighborhood is an experience of real india. Very nice cafes minutes away . A lot of hotels around this area and they are very cost effective (value for money). I never had the breakfast so I can’t comment on that .

Worth your money.
Well first of all check in was smooth and they have good customer service. It's a great hotel that helps the customer on their convenience. I had an appointment for some visa stuff and they really accommodate me well. Will definitely come again.

The hotel room is clean and tidy as per picture. There is no proper restaurant on site except for a mini kitchen on the roof top. If you enjoy a breakfast in your room. That's will be fine. The hotel room key is not working properly. Therefore, you will see the bell boy running all over the place to assist guest to enter the room with their universal key card. Be careful with their free Shuttle service. The manager will flip flop with reason to request for payment for this service 500 for one way and 700 for return. At the end of the day, even the clean room cannot compensate for this dishonest act. Thank goodness, Expedia manage to sort it out.

This hotel is great place to stop over the hotel did not have a resturtant but room service was good. The staff at this hotel was very helful . The one thing i did find a little noisey at night.

Had a very good experience.
The hotel staffs were always trying to help a guest and the communication with them was very smooth. They properly kept my booking valid after the big delay of arrival flight in Delhi. Although my stay was just 7 hours to take a hot shower and sleep, the stay was very comfortable. The room was neatly organized with good cleanness. I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the hostel staffs, especially Mr. Husain in charge of the reception desk.

Nice Location
Great location with lots of places to eat in restaurants and cafes. Easy to get anywhere in the city with a tuktuk or cab which are cheaper. I would say the only thing that lets this hotel down is the staff not speaking any english and the roof terrace. There is no restaurant to eat so its either your room or the really dirty roof terrace. Staff hang their washing up there, shower and generally gather so not very inviting.

Hotel shanti plaza is newly built property and the hotel is well managed and well maintained It's best stay in india and the staff is also very helpful and very good in nature. Hotel is situated in pahar ganj area which is very close to new delhi railway station and the location is extremely good and the hotel is very tidy and the services is very good as expected. Bra service. Fikk god hjelp av hotellets reisebyrå med videre reise i India. Det var god stand på rommene, varmt vann i dusjen. Eneste negative var at vi fant fluer i maten vi bestilte og rommene var iskalde (ikke noe varme på rommene). Wifi var helt ok, og beligenhet var helt ok.

Nunca pudimos llegar el sitio es peligroso y los carros no entran facilmente. Peor aún con maletas en celebracion de 20 aniversario de casados. Enviamos nota a uds. De inmediato para la cancelación de la reserva, que espero nunca la cobren, para no tener problemas con uds., que se lo responsables que son y el buen servicio de su parte. Estoy seguro que no han ido al hotel.

Terribile, igiene pari allo zero, i dipendenti scontrosi, la chiave magnetica bisogna rimagnetizzarla almeno una volta al giorno perché troppo usata. nulla di buono, zona da evitare , brutta gente gira intorno all'hotel, stradine buie, davvero pessimo.

시끄럽고 지저분한 동네, 찝찝한 식사
빠하르간지에 있지만 주로 올라를 이용하니 굳이 길좁고 지저분하고 택시가 들어오기 힘든 곳을 잡을 필요가 있었나 싶다. 조식은 6가지 선택 메뉴에서 골라야 했는데 방에서 먹을 수밖에 없는 이유는 루프탑 식당은 먼지로 가득하고 직원들의 세면장이기도하고 지저분한 조리실을 보게 되는 이유였다. 그나마 매일 시트를 갈아주고 정리해 주어 최하점을 주지는 않았으나 3성이라기에는 수준이 너무 낮다.

Bei der Ankunft in Dehli hier übernachtet, Zimmer war größer als gebucht. Bad war schmutzig (viele tote Fliegen). Ansonsten ok. Flughafentransfer war günstig und wurde organisiert.

Für eine Nacht ok
Haben vor der Abreise noch einmal hier übernachtet, war ok. Zentral am Bahnhof und mit guter Anbindung zum Flughafen. Zimmer war ok, inbegriffenes Frühstück nicht gut.

Fine and clean rooms
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were fine and clean. The restaurant is located at the rooftop we're we saw a lot of rats so would not recommend their restaurant.

Noicy!
This place is convieniently located near the railway, old Delhi and connaught place. Staff was friendly and helpful, they ler us leave our bags a whole day as our plane left late in the evening. But it was the noiciest room I have ever stayed in. The was music pumping outside, renovation work in tho hotel to 2am. You could hear people speak on the groundfloor on the 4th floor, whit the door closed. Warm water but mould on the shower curtain. Bed felt clean but lots of stains on the sheets.
