"The good: bed was comfy. Room was clean. Location was perfect for the trip. Suites were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value. The bad: shower plumbing was bizarre and there was insufficient hot water pressure. Hotel lobby was undergoing a complete renovation so a cramped alternate space was used - they sent multiple emails but failed to mention that. The only grab and go food was from a basic candy/snack vending machine. "

"The room was outdated the curtains had holes in them the housekeeping and front desk staff were super nice friendly and lovely but it was this one guy that was very rude nasty attitudeyelling at us being rude to me and my family we Didnt feel safe nor did we appreciate his attitude and starting with us for no reason i paid my money just like everyone else and deserve to be treated like a human being the man was an older black gentleman wore a hat beanie style hat and a orange sheild worker jacket im not sure if he did vallet or maintenance but his attitude super unacceptable and unappreciated "

"It's so beautiful. I was very pleased when I pulled up to the front door. The lobby so beautiful. Front desk staff professional and polite. The rooms are clean with a nice view. My stay was excellent "

"The room was clean and well kept. Bathroom was nice. Bed was pretty good. Parking easy out front on the street. Public transportation by train into center city just a block or two away. If you stay here, know that this is an urban setting, no worries in the day, but keep an eye out as you enter and exit at night. Don't leave bags in the car. Busy street so book rooms on the interior/back of the building (higher number rooms). Overall we would stay here again because the price, room quality, and location were a good match for us and we are familiar with city life."
