"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. "Really beautiful hotel situated in the middle of the mountains. Breakfast was very good, the beds were so comfortable and the pool was amazing. The staff were friendly overall. My only suggestion is to have some water at reception like most hotels do (as they do not place new water bottles in the room on a daily basis, which I expected considering the price). I hope to visit again one day!"

"Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel! "
