Peaceful Stay away from City
The location of hotel is in middle of Dehradun and Rishikesh on main highway. So if you need break from city noise- go for it.
The property is well maintained with all facilities that you would expect in good resort. Rooms are quiet big and clean.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Service is slow - But that is acceptable since they prepare everything fresh.
For recreational stuff - You have swimming pool, spa , cycling , pool table, table tennis and gymnasium.
Overall had a good peaceful time

Poor service, great property...potential untapped
The lackadaisical, untrained staff at this property totally takes away from the beautiful sprawling gardens, rooms with large balconies and a large pool. The spa is average. The gym is neglected. The food is pretty good, but not great. The only service staff that take any interest in hotel guests are at the restaurant. There is nothing for miles either side of the property. The hotel provides only over priced transport (we had to google for local taxi operators who offer less than half the hotels price for the same taxis!). There is no public transport to move around either. Would be better advised to pick some place in main Rishikesh which is about 15 kms from this location.
