"Love the location. The bathroom in our room was not so clean as there were still some dirt on the floor when we checked in. The service in the restaurant however during

was awesome—completely the opposite of Chad at the front desk. Not smiling at all. His choice of words was not acceptable for a hospitality worker. Saying things like, “you’re supposed to checkout 15mins ago but you have 45mins to checkout” when we asked politely for a later checkout as we have asked for 12pm checkout...
