"Clean and quiet great stop along the way up I 95"

"The lobby and the hallway smelled of urine and was dirty. The place seemed like a urine soaked drug den. My daughter, small dog, and I checked out immediately after looking at the room when we checked in at 11pm, even though we had no place to go. Felt completely unsafe, very disgusting experience. The only positive was the clerk who was very nice."

"Room numbers in the hall we were in have been removed and replaced with tape marked with the number (? For renovation purposes) which are very difficult to read so we had a hard time finding our room. We were right next to the side entrance of the building so we were kept awake by that door opening and shutting loudly throughout the night. Room was very clean, nice hot shower, and the gentleman that checked me in was very polite"

"Due to a serious car accident I tried multiple times to get a waiver to cancel as we couldn’t make it and were still unable to cancel. Clearly customer service is non existent. Do not recommend. "

"I enjoyed my weekend stay at this BW. I would have given it 5 stars except the road behind the hotel was noisey at night. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable but the best was the buffet breakfast! The waiter kept refreshing and refilling the food. There was everything from eggs to waffles, cereals and fresh yogurt. "

Special Shoutout to Kevin who checked us in. We had an issue with the booking, due to a recent change in policy. He quickly made arrangements to make sure we had a comfortable stay. "
