"Just not a Hilton quality hotel. Needs a lot of updating. Grungy and outdated. When I entered my room - no desk chair, no floor lamp, no refrigerator - had to have it all brought to me, which they did. My biggest complaint is that the outdoor bar/restaurant closes at 5pm or 6pm every day. I was told at the desk that they even do that in the Summertime, so that guests use the inside restaurants. When I am at the beach, I want to be outside to eat and drink and not in some inside dingy overpriced restaurant."

"We loved our stay at Max Beach Resort. The view from every room was beautiful. The living room patio doors open all the way up making it fee like outdoor living. Parking was very easy. The location of the elevators in the building makes it a really quick trip from the room to everything from the beach to the rooftop terrace which was key for our trip with small children. Staff was lovely and helped immediately if we needed any assistance. The only con was that the kitchen could use more items (sheet pans, knives). We would stay again without question!"

"The ocean view was great, hotel was at the quiet side of the beach. Everything was great and as advertised except the parking was $10 a day (not bad but not stated on website)."

"Do not even stay here. Dirty rooms food smashed all over the floor, leaking faucets, rusted safe and rust all on the floor tiny ants all over the bathroom dirty room filthy complained one time that manager laughed everything off because she was taking a trip and didn’t want to be bothered the last night a roach ran across the floor under the bed while I was sitting on the bed. I called the front desk and the front desk clerk that evening was screaming at me at the top of her lungs. I left the hotel that night without even staying there after I had already paid for it. The most disgusting and disappointing trip and hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And that’s only part of it."
