"$100.00 security deposit required 👎 Lamp shade had holes in it. Room was otherwise clean. Card key was easy to demagnetize. Had to have it reset a couple times. Some parts of hotel were being renovated. No floor molding on 3rd floor. Evening clerk was so skinny they need give her sandwich 😂. 4/5 ..."

"Was given a room i couldn't get into. Then given another room that was already occupied. Then another room that didn't even have furniture. Then finally a room with furniture but no pillows or towels and I found out in the morning a non working shower. I demanded a refund and nobody seemed to care ..."

"Rooms were clean and the staff is wonderful. To be greeted warmly and bubbly "hello" and "good morning" by staff members as you go up and get breakfast with a cheery smile too... it's hardly ever seen when I go to hotels."
