"Nice place to stay while visiting the Wright attractions and USAF Museum. Close to shopping centers and places to eat. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. My only comedic complaint is the ridiculous carpet on the emergency staircases. The pattern makes it impossible to differentiate the steps. Stayed here a few times and probably will again."

"Hotel was very wasy to locate right in downtown Dayton. Easily accessible parking garage. Our room and entire hotel was very clean, however, we reserved a king room and got a 2 queen instead. The family checking in before us got all kinds of information about great places to try for food and drinks and recieved a map. "I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. ...

"The room and bed were comfortable. I liked the mural behind the bed. The AC unit is a bit loud, blows the curtains and is a bit too close to the bed. Bathrooms need to be updated. One bathroom light bulb was out and we had them replace it. There was no TP in the wall dispenser when we checked in and had to install myself. Nothing awful, but nothing special either. There was a lot of street noise. Breakfast was very mediocre. Eggs were cold and breakfast options were limited. "

"Overall the property was good. It does lack some common amenities such as room coffee maker, dish towels and soap. There is also no ice machines on the property so you have to plan ahead and make your own ice in the freezer. Bathroom amenities could be more generous. Only had a small bottle of shampoo. I'm sure we could have gone down to the front desk and ask but those things should just be provided. Overall, room was very clean and beds were okay."
