"had a wonderful stay at Waterfalls Lodge and genuinely enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was one I would happily recommend to others. A very special shout-out to Marzi, who was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. Her attitude and level of service really stood out to me. Honestly, Marzi is the best of the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She is a real asset to Waterfalls Lodge and deserves to be recognised and appreciated for the excellent service. Thank you, Waterfalls Lodge, for a great stay and thank you Marzi."

"The location is perfect. We seen elephants, striped mongoose, and wart hogs on the property. Baboons across the street. Located next to shopping and a few restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa services were also good. I highly recommend this resort. I would definitely stay here again."

"These are great value apartments but these few are run independently of Miomba Mews so the breakfast is only available at one of the venues listed. This could be a bit clearer. The apartments are great - very clean with most of what you need. Lamps could do with the correct plug on them (bedroom!) and a few utensils are broken or missing but apart from that, they are very spacious and comfortable and we felt very safe there due to the 24 hour security and high walls etc. Anna was also very kind to store our luggage so we could visit Zambia for the night. Be sure to ask for 12A/B as 6B was extremely noisy from the street when we changed after our night away (maybe as it was a Saturday?). Would recommend if you want to save a bit on eating out. Grab food from the Pick n’ Pay on the way from the airport."

"This was an excellent place to relax in Victoria Falls. We loved the free shuttle to the falls, it was easy to use and reliable. The hotel restaurant was also really good, the free breakfast had a variety of made to order options. Our room was comfortable and the AC worked well."

"The only reason I cannot give this a 10 out of five dollar review is because the Plumbing bedroom needed new fixtures and hot water was very limited. This could be an isolated incident because otherwise the place was magical. Breakfast is good, check-in was easy, everyone was nice. It was super clean in the grounds well-maintained. Location was 10 out of 10. Bar staff excellent."
