The family running the hotel are gracious, friendly and really add a special feeling to staying in the spacious, well-appointed rooms with beautiful views. "This hotel is overrated on Hotels.com and not worth £100 per night. The first room was inadequately cleaned, and the shower tap was broken. The second room was also not properly cleaned, so we requested a refund and checked out at midnight. Hopefully, the refund will be processed in the morning."
